Butter Dish - Rusty Orange

Bell like in shape these remind me of old fashion galosh’ with their lovely, curved bottoms and dome like lids.
Measurements:
Base: 1.5cm x 3.5cm
Lid: 13.5cm x 10cm
Glaze:
Rusty Orange, glazed on a darker iron rich speckled stoneware body this glaze has an amazing level of variety from pot to pot. From a warm rusty ochre orange to a silky white. I often pour this glaze to encourage the variety in colour and texture as this is mainly caused by thickness.
