Candlestick Holder - Rusty Orange #1
Description:
These candlestick holders first made an appearance as part of my spring summer collection earlier this year, but these closing days and darker evening suddenly bring them into a new light. Perfect hibernation mode, warming up the table for an evening meal or darkening the bathroom for a relaxing bath.
Measurements:
Small - Height 12cm Diameter at base 7cm
Large - Height 15cm Diameter at base 8.5cm
Glaze:
Rusty Orange, glazed on a darker iron rich speckled stoneware body this glaze has an amazing level of variety from pot to pot. From a warm rusty ochre orange to a silky white. I often pour this glaze to encourage the variety in colour and texture as this is mainly caused by thickness.
